What is the return policy?
For refund on Physical products, items should be returned unopened and in the original packaging.
Generally, all sales are final on digital products.
However, our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Due to rising shipping costs for international shipments, we only ship inside the US. You can buy the digital products for immediate download if you are outside of the US.
When will I get my order?
If you ordered a digital product--
You will receive an email with a download link. Sheet music and songbooks will be delivered as PDF & Zip file downloads. Digital albums will be delivered as a Zip file containing MP3s.
If you ordered a physical product--
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
All physical albums and songbooks are maufactured in the US.
CDs are factory manufactured audio CD in an eco-friendly packaging.
Songbooks are spiral bound with heavy stock pages and covers.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship using USPS Media Mail. A flat rate of $5 for orders up to $40. FREE Shipping for orders totaling $40 or more. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Can I use a coupon or a discount code?
If you have a coupon or discount code, you will be prompted to add it during checkout.
Please NOTE: Discounts and coupons do not apply to Bundles as they are already discounted.
