- Refund Eligibility: There is a 14 day refund or exchange for physical products (Songbooks & CDs) that arrive damaged or defective.
- How to Request: Email me at lynn@lynntredeau.com with your order number and reason for the request.
- Process: Any refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. An exchange request will be mailed to the original order address within 10 days.
- Exceptions: Refunds or exchanges are not available after 14 days or if the product has been fully consumed/downloaded, unless required by law.
